MEET THE TEAM
Sharee Ashford, MPH is the Owner/Founder of REPOHealth, LLC. She is from Decatur, GA. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and also possesses a Master of Public Health degree. She is also AFAA Group Exercise Certified.
Her passion for health and wellness developed at a young age after seeing the desperate need for educated professionals to provide health solutions. She has experience in health education on a corporate and indivudal basis and has served as a Health Educator and Assistant Director of Healthy Living and Community Development in other organizations.
Sharee works with clients to develop a realistic physical and nutritional plan to assist in the achievement of their overall wellness (READ MORE).
Vance Charles, M.A. works as the Marketing Communication Executive for REPOHealth, LLC. Vance is from Manning, SC. He possesses a Master of Arts degree in Professional Communication and Leadership.
Vance oversees the development and implementation of all REPOHealth's marketing strategies, materials, and services. He says, “The key to living a healthy lifestyle is rescuing your health and self-confidence."
