WHO AM I?
My journey to where I am now began long before I was aware of it. God has placed me in contact with the right people at the right time to facilitate unbelievable growth socially, emotionally, and physically. Below are some of my roles that will allow you to get to know me a little more.
I created REPOHealth to provide health solutions through building relationships with businesses and individuals. It is extremely important to me that people are educated on how to preserve their health and take accountability for their health outcomes. My company is aimed towards incoporating health education, exercise, amd nutrition into creating overall wellness.
United States Army Reserve 2nd Lieutenant
As a 2nd Lieutenant, I serve as a leader in the Army Medical Department. It is very important to me to be a positive role model in my personal and professional life. I have made a personal decision to make a conscious effort to allow my passions to translate into my work.
Independent Business Owner
I am an independent business owner affiliated with a top direct selling company. I chose to become a part of the company because it is a brand that I trust and can personally attest to the quality of their nutritional products. Becoming a business owner has allowed me to provide nutritional options to my others that I know are high in quality and have been recognized for customer satisfaction. In addition, I am able to work to build a team of professionals who are looking to pursue and provide the same opportunity.
Health and Wellness Coach & Enthusiast
As a Health and Wellness Coach it is my goal to provide motivation during the process to achieve one's optimal health. This means working alongside people to develop realistic goals that have longevity. I teach people to value progress over perfection, which is something I too had to learn.
